We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times:

International Shipping

Zango Resort offers worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days.
Customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Issues / Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at zangoresort@outlook.com with your order number so we can assist. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are controlled by the courier and delays may occur. If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the courier and assist you.
