We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times:

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

Zango Resort offers worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days.
Customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Issues / Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at zangoresort@outlook.com with your order number so we can assist.
Zango Resort is not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the courier.
